Wednesday, 20 March 2024 – SFS-MED Webinar 7 “Blue transformation: strategies and actions for more sustainable agrifood systems in the Mediterranean”

7th SFS-MED webinar, scheduled on Wednesday, 20 March 2024 from 10:00 to 11:30 CET. Focusing on the theme “Blue Transformation: strategies and actions for more sustainable agrifood systems in the Mediterranean”, this webinar will bring together representatives from governments, businesses, researchers, international organizations and civil society to discuss the role of policymaking, research, capacity building, technology and finance in accompanying the blue transformation.

The concept note and agenda of the webinar will be shared shortly.

Live interpretation will be available in English and French.

This webinar is jointly organised by the SFS-MED Platform with the support of the Jordanian and EU Co-Presidency and the Secretariat of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM).

The SFS-MED Platform is a multi-stakeholder initiative for Sustainable Food Systems in the Mediterranean co-led by the International Centre for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies (CIHEAM), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), and the Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area (PRIMA).
