Due to the limited possibilities of traveling because of the COVID-19 situation, the conference will be organized both online and with the possibility of personal participation. In the case of online participation, there is a reduced fee only 50 euro.
The conference brings together top scientists. Leading experts in the field of nutrition, food quality and safety, such as professor Paul Finglas (Editor-in-Chief of Food Chemistry), are invited as keynote speakers.
